What to Expect During Your Appointment
On this page, please find the information and forms you might need for your visit to our office. We look forward to seeing you.
If you’re new to our office, you might be wondering what’s involved in your visit. At your first visit, the audiologist will begin by asking questions that pertain to your ears and hearing. This is so we can collect as much information about your condition as possible. The audiologist will complete a battery of tests that are designed to tell us how different parts of your ears and hearing are working.
Finally, we explain everything to you because we believe your journey to better hearing should be a partnership with you and your Doctor of Audiology. And we believe that journey should begin by making sure you are well informed about your problem and all possible solutions.

Reviews
We’re extremely fortunate to get to do what we love every day and happy that our patients realize how important they are to us.
Top notch service, diagnosis, and care. Dr. Howlett is a caring, attentive, and perceptive audiologist. I am pleased to be numbered among her patients.
She has taken care of my child for the last 16 years! Excellent care always!
Courteous, polite, professional. Clearly loves what she does and it reflects in her work. Went in originally to get ear moldings done for CIEMs, but the right ear impression got damaged in the mail. She took impressions again on the damaged ear for free, and the visit was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Visited Dr. Howlett to have ear impressions made for custom
