Office Update Regarding COVID-19

Update as of September 9th, 2020:

Hello Hearing Services of Virginia family and friends,

APPOINTMENTS- We will continue to only allow scheduled patients into the office for appointments. We will also limit the visit to only one other family member/ caregiver in attendance. We need to be conscious that the booth room is small, and we need to try to social distance as much as possible. You will still be required to wear a mask. We are also wearing our masks while you are in the office and during all appointments with Dr. Molly and Dr. Claudine. Please call the office at 757-962-2326 when you arrive in the parking lot.
The appointments will continue to be spaced to allow sanitization after each visit. This impacts the number of patients we can see a day. We ask for your patience as the schedule is much different.

CURBSIDE- Services are here to STAY. We will continue to schedule this type of visit for hearing aid checks, repairs, and supply pickups. We have really enjoyed offering this service for our HSV family and friends. One change may be that you will see Marianne or Kathy as they will help with this type of appointment. They will follow the same procedures with having their mask on as well as gloves to pick up the aid. Do not forget- we will be placing your aids in a dixie cup so please remove from your case. The aids will be brought to me in the office and I will clean and check them. I will return them to you in the car.
Hearing aid drop offs and pick up can be completed at the door but must be arranged prior to coming to the office/front door. Please call 757-962-2326.

WALK IN CLINIC- has been suspending indefinitely. We are also going to keep the waiting room closed for the reminder of the year.

We have greatly appreciated all the support over the summer months. It has been great to see everyone and meet new friends. We will continue to keep you updated as changes occur.
